Mohomad Thamby: student 1995-1996

Mohomad recalls the friendly academic atmosphere in the department:

"I followed my MA in Education and International Development at the IOE during 1995/96 academic year. I was really fortunate to be a student at the IOE, to experience the competency of the staff of EID, headed by Professor Angela Little. The course work, assignments, and the dissertation all together, were interesting and provided more knowledge. It was a friendly academic atmosphere where every one from security officer to Director was very helpful and encouraging. Today I am working as National Director of the GTZ Project jointly with the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Education and Cultural Affairs, Sri Lanka."
